Stockholm — AI Automation for Small Business

Your busiest hoursare the easiest toautomate.

I audit how your business actually runs, then build the automation that saves you the most time — email, customer service, fulfillment, whatever's eating your hours. Shipped as real, working systems, not advice.

What I build

Three ways to work together

01

Automation Audit

A working session mapping how your business actually runs — tools, workflows, and where your hours go to repetitive work. You leave with the highest-ROI automation opportunities, ranked.

02

AI Workflow Builds

Customer service, email, and fulfillment automation wired into the tools you already use — built to sound like you, not a chatbot.

Sites & Web Apps

When the automation needs somewhere to live — a dashboard, a booking flow, a full app — I build that too.

Proof, not promises

What I actually build.

Business

A Shopify jewelry brand

Problem

The founder was personally drafting every support reply by hand — order issues, product questions, returns — losing hours a week and slipping out of his own voice under the backlog.

Build

An AI workflow that reads each inbound email, pulls the customer's history and the founder's own past replies, and drafts a reply in his actual voice — approved with one tap in Telegram before anything sends.

Result

Reply drafting time cut from minutes of writing to a single approve-or-edit tap, with every reply still sounding like the founder, not a template.

Founder-hours are the most expensive line item you're not tracking.

Every hour you spend drafting the same reply, chasing the same order update, or writing the same email is an hour not spent on the thing only you can do. Most of that work follows a pattern — which means most of it can be automated.

I've built my own automation stack before selling one. I know what it actually takes to wire a workflow into a real business without breaking anything, and where a $50/month tool beats a $5,000 platform.

I audit first. You'll never pay for a build until we've found the highest-ROI place to point it.

How it works

Audit first. Build what's worth building.

01

Audit

A working session mapping how your business runs today — tools, workflows, and where your hours actually go.

02

Map the Ops

I rank what we found by effort vs. impact, so we build the highest-ROI fix first, not the flashiest one.

03

Build

Development with regular check-ins on the actual workflow, wired into the tools you already use.

04

Ship & Iterate

Live in your business, then refined against how it's really used — not a one-and-done handoff.
